Together, they will be able to accelerate innovative solutions and provide customers with a broader product portfolio across key markets. The transaction will offer significant strategic and operational benefits, such as a global salesforce and state of the art facilities to capitalise on opportunities not readily available to either company on a standalone basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Treatt plc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treatt is a United Kingdom-headquartered global, independent manufacturer and supplier of a diverse and sustainable portfolio of natural extracts and ingredients for the flavour, fragrance, and multinational consumer product industries, particularly in the beverage sector. Treatt was established in 1886, incorporated in 1981 and is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
