Supported by IK Partners and HC Partners, Sansidor focuses on safety, health, and sustainability within buildings and installations, expanding its platform through the integration of independent, high-quality specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NIM is a recognised expert in inspections of fire-safety installations and structural fire safety, serving customers across the Netherlands. With deep technical expertise, the company plays a critical role in helping organisations meet regulatory standards and safeguard public and workplace environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition marks an important step in strengthening Sansidor\u2019s position in the fire-safety domain. By integrating NIM into its national network, Sansidor broadens its offering, enhances knowledge sharing, and expands its ability to provide clients with a more comprehensive suite of inspection and compliance services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec supported Sansidor on the buy side, drawing on its long-standing relationship with the company. Investec leveraged its connection with NIM to initiate the introduction and arrange the first meetings.
