The company\u2019s portfolio focuses on preventive health solutions for livestock, with products designed to improve animal health, fertility and productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Zenex<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zenex operates a diversified portfolio spanning livestock, poultry, and companion animals, offering both synthetic and natural products to meet therapeutic and nutritional requirements. With over \u20ac100\u202fmillion in revenue, Zenex has established a strong domestic presence in India and a growing international footprint across 15+ countries in MENA, ASEAN, and Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the deal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>VievePharm and Zenex are a natural fit. Both companies are built on the same principles: science-backed products, rigorous quality standards and long-term customer relationships. VievePharm\u2019s expertise in preventive nutrition and bolus technology complements Zenex\u2019s broader therapeutic portfolio, while Zenex\u2019s global scale, distribution network and manufacturing platform give VievePharm the opportunity to expand internationally and continue innovating in preventive animal nutrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, they form a complete and globally competitive animal health business.
