Due to strong institutional demand, Vukile elected to increase the size of the equity raise to 10% of it\u2019s existing share capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Vukile Property Fund Limited<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vukile Property Fund Limited (\u201cVukile\u201d) is a high-quality, low-risk, specialist retail real estate investment trust (REIT) with a geographically diversified portfolio of property assets valued at c. R54 billion: 34% consist of urban, commuter, township and rural malls across South Africa, while 66% are held in Spain and Portugal through the Madrid-listed subsidiary Castellana Properties Socimi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vukile was listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 24 June 2004 and on the Namibian Stock Exchange on 11 July 2007. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec\u2019s extensive connectivity and high-touch approach were instrumental in the successful completion of this capital raise which will assist Vukile with strengthening its
