Beyond its core electronics maintenance business, Aserti has built a fast-growing metrology division through a targeted M&amp;A strategy, including the acquisitions of E2M, Multisys, MI M\u00e9trologie and Precitek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To further accelerate its development, Aserti and its management are&nbsp;joining forces with Chequers Capital through a new buy-out.
