About the deal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Allsetra is a leading Dutch provider of technology-enabled theft protection, recovery and fleet management solutions for vehicles and mobile assets. Private equity firm Bencis brings extensive experience in accelerating growth and executing buy-and-build strategies across the Benelux mid-market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, Allsetra and Bencis aim to strengthen the company’s position in the Netherlands and build a leading European player in vehicle and asset protection and recovery. <\/p>\n\n\n

Investec advised Allsetra and its shareholders throughout the sell-side process, from preparation to closing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Positioning the equity story and preparing all transaction materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identifying and approaching a targeted universe of strategic and financial buyers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Running a competitive auction process through to binding offers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinating the due diligence process across all workstreams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Leading negotiations on valuation, deal structure and transaction documentation through to signing and closing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Alongside the sale, Investec advised Allsetra on its buy-and-build strategy, supporting the evaluation and execution of add-on acquisitions (ScootSecure & Geotrack) while the sell-side process was live. This strengthened the platform and the equity story presented to buyers in parallel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
