The company is active in the field of contract manufacturing for well-known customers from MedTech, Defence and industry and also manufactures its own products. In addition to the production of complex turned parts, the company also carries out assembly and other value-added services for customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">palero capital GmbH is the 100% owner of GTMB Metallteilfertigung GmbH and GTB Bahntechnik GmbH (GT Group). GTMB offers a comprehensive portfolio of technological options, including CNC milling\/turning, 3D milling, automatic turning and complex assemblies through to one-stop-shop operation. GTB is a high-quality provider of safety-critical rail infrastructure and on-board train protection equipment with strong relationships with its blue-chip customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this acquisition, GT Group strengthens its position as an industrial platform for high-quality precision manufacturing and expands its footprint through an established Swiss production site. T+H is highly complementary to GT Group\u2019s existing capabilities, particularly in the turning and milling of complex precision parts in small- to mid-sized series, supported by deep material and process know-how, high-quality standards and durable customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the sole owner of Tschudin + Heid, Tobias Schmid, the transaction provides a secure and long-term succession solution for his company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Investec team advised the sole owner of Tschudin + Heid AG throughout the entire M&amp;A process until the successful completion of the transaction, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation of business plan and marketing materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of potential buyers (strategic and financial)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market approach and realization of a competitive sales process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation and management of due diligence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting price negotiations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in negotiations of the legal documentation \/ contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination of all involved parties, incl. legal and tax advisors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<section class=\"content--block quoteBlock \">\n    <div class=\"holder\">\n        <div class=\"stories slide-up d-flex\" data-scroll=\"\">\n            \n            <blockquote class=\"stories__desc\" style=\"flex: 0 0 100%;max-width: 100%;\">\n                <span class=\"stories__desc_quote\">\u201c\u201d<\/span>\n\n                                    <div class=\"justified\"><p>Investec&#8217;s M&#038;A team accompanied me comprehensively, professionally and with great commitment throughout the transaction process.
