Beck<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the deal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lextenso is a French specialist in legal information and services, offering specialised legal content and AI-powered legal intelligence solutions. The group generates revenue of nearly \u20ac50 million from 13,000 clients, including lawyers, notaries, and corporate legal departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Group operates through two complementary pillars: Legal Content, notably including La Base Lextenso +IA; and Legal Services, processing over 60,000 legal formalities and publishing 100,000 statutory notices annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The group&#8217;s offering is built around two complementary pillars: legal content and the digital and AI tools that enable users to leverage and analyse this content; and legal services, with more than 60,000 legal formalities processed and 100,000 legal notices published each year through Lextenso&#8217;s digital platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recent years, Lextenso has made major investments in digitalisation and AI, launching La Base Lextenso +IA (an online legal database enhanced with AI-powered search) and Consult&#8217;IA (a generative AI legal assistant built on Lextenso&#8217;s proprietary content), as well as automating its B2B legal formalities processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About C.H. Beck<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in 1763 in Munich, C.H. Beck is a family-owned group and Germany&#8217;s leading legal publisher, generating \u20ac650 million in revenue and employing 2,400 people.
