The group offers a comprehensive offering covering the entire product design cycle. In addition, AvenAo provides value-added services: consulting, support and training. It positions itself as a strategic partner for the digital transformation of the industrial sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The group operates through 9 locations across France and serves a diversified customer base in aerospace &amp; defense, consumer goods, industrial equipment, infrastructure &amp; energy, and transportation &amp; mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following a competitive process led by Investec, Visiativ (SNEF Group) was selected to support AvenAo&#8217;s next phase of development. The transaction will enable AvenAo to continue its growth and contribute to the creation of a French leader in Dassault Syst\u00e8mes integration, leveraging strong synergies and an expanded industrial footprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Visiativ<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in 1987, Visiativ is a French digital transformation platform supporting SMEs and mid-sized industrial companies in accelerating innovation, performance and sustainable growth through software solutions, consulting and digital services. Since 2024, Visiativ has been part of Groupe SNEF, a French company with c.\u20ac2bn in revenues, specialized in electrical engineering, industrial services and energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investec advised Prodways Group on the carve-out of AvenAo Group, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defining the transaction strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying and contacting potential acquirers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing marketing materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising and managing the auction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiating the transaction terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<section class=\"content--block quoteBlock \">\n    <div class=\"holder\">\n        <div class=\"stories slide-up d-flex\" data-scroll=\"\">\n            \n            <blockquote class=\"stories__desc\" style=\"flex: 0 0 100%;max-width: 100%;\">\n                <span class=\"stories__desc_quote\">\u201c\u201d<\/span>\n\n                                    <div class=\"justified\"><p>The success of the transaction owes much to the collective strength of the Investec team.
