In the Netherlands, the team consists of 18 professionals. Entrepreneurship, a hands-on mentality, accountability, and involvement at every level of the organisation are core values, alongside strong team spirit and a friendly working environment. Investec in the Benelux has an informal corporate culture with short lines of communication.<\/p>\n

To support the continuous development of our people, we run the Investec Academy, a dedicated training program that combines external courses with in-house learning.
