In 2022 he\u2019s advised the sale of&nbsp;Unicar for Bureau Veritas, the LBO of&nbsp;groupe Phod\u00e9, the LBO of&nbsp;groupe ACFRI, and the sale of the Spanish and Portuguese subsidiaries of Rexel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He graduated from Audencia Nantes (France) and Maastricht University (the Netherlands).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;We are happy and proud to welcome Guillaume as Partner to reinforce our Management team.
