Yves brings deep sector expertise across Industrial Tech (with a particular focus on robotics and automation) and Technical Services, where his work has centred on scalable, infrastructure-driven business models. He has a strong track record in cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, advising both corporates and SMEs.<\/p>\n\n\n
