\"\"Investec announces the promotion of Kilian de Gourcuff to Partner.<\/p>\n

Kilian has been with Investec for eight years, and has also had operational experience as a CFO in the distribution sector.<\/p>\n

His experience in M&A is wide-reaching and includes sales, disposals and financings. He recently advised on the sale of IMX (an international mail\/parcel T&L provider) on behalf of the private equity house Naxicap; on the acquisition of the Dutch company Hacas (transport 3PL) by the Heppner Group; and on the LBO of the fitness specialist Neoness.<\/p>\n

Kilian holds a Masters in Finance from Paris Dauphine University, and a Masters in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon.<\/p>\n

Investec now has five Partners based in France, and 15 Partners across Europe (in Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark). The appointment of Kilian will strengthen our sectorial expertise in the ‘Transport & Logistics’ and ‘Distribution’ sectors, as well as our Debt Advisory practice, which Kilian now leads in France.<\/p>\n\n\n
