Investec Wealth & Investment (CI)

In accordance with our current rate card, money in your portfolio will be held in a Pooled Client Money Account along with monies held on behalf of other clients. We will use a managed rate to calculate your interest and may at our discretion apply zero interest. Current Interest rates for Sterling (GBP) are displayed below.

The rate of 2.35% interest (paid gross) applies to Sterling cash deposit balances

Non-Sterling deposits

Non-Sterling balances in your portfolio will be held in Pooled Client Money Account along with monies held on behalf of other clients. We will use a managed rate to calculate your interest and may at our discretion apply zero or negative interest. Currently we apply interest on the following currencies:

1.55%

US Dollars (effective 7th November 2024)

1.25%

Euros (effective 7th November 2024)

4.85%

South African Rands (effective 20th September 2024)

All other Non-Sterling balances currently have an interest rate of zero.
