Ralph Cho is Co-Head of Power & Infrastructure at Investec in New York and is responsible for leading Investec’s Americas energy banking and capital markets platform.
Ralph has over 20 years of experience in project finance focusing on independent power, renewable energy, midstream, and other energy infrastructure. He is a capital markets professional with deep relationships across a variety of investor classes including commercial and investment banks, finance companies, ‘grey market’ lenders, life insurance companies and, most recently, Asian capital providers.
Ralph has a strong track record of successfully leading syndications of complex transactions for over $100 billion of loans for high profile sponsors including ArcLight, Ares, Carlyle Group, Caithness Energy and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure (MSIP).

Michael Pantelogianis is Co-Head of Investec’s Power & Infrastructure group in North America. He has spent the last 26 years banking independent power and renewable energy companies. At Investec, Mr. Pantelogianis is responsible for the originations platform that leverages the bank’s core product strengths: lending across an asset’s capital structure and capital markets distributions. Sponsors involved in recently closed transactions include, amongst others, Carlyle Group, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, LS Power, Rockland Capital, Ares Management, and Sunrun Inc.

Fred joined Investec’s Power & Infrastructure Finance team in 2019 as a senior banker with a focus on originating, structuring and executing project financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors and brings over 13 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Investec, Fred was a Director within Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank’s Energy & Infrastructure Group, where he originated and executed structured finance transactions ranging from $120 million to $12 billion in the North American conventional power, renewables, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors. Fred started his banking career in Crédit Agricole's Counterparty Risk Analysis department where he was in charge of performing in-depth credit analyses of U.S and Latin American corporates as well as structured finance transactions.

Xin Hui Yeo joined the North American Power & Infrastructure Finance team in 2015, supporting the power and renewable energy business. She previously worked at South Street Capital focusing on energy efficiency investments for the firm’s real estate portfolio. Prior to her matriculation at Columbia University, Xin worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Valuations Analyst specializing in foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives.

Prior to joining Investec, Anna was a part of National Australia Bank’s global project finance team and has worked in Sydney, London, and New York.

Hans joined Investec’s Power & Infrastructure Finance team in 2019 as a senior banker and leads Investec’s origination activity in the midstream oil & gas sector for North America. Prior to joining Investec, Hans was a senior banker within ING’s midstream oil & gas team, where he led over $10 billion of transactions in the mid -and downstream oil & gas sectors in the Americas region. Hans brings over 13 years of industry experience that is spread across pipeline, storage, export terminal, gathering & processing, and petrochemical assets.
