    Starting from £250,000, the amount we can lend is flexible based on your individual circumstances. We take into account your entire income structure, including bonuses, carried interest, company cash flow and foreign currency.
     
    If you’re looking to take out a mortgage against property, we can offer you a personalised residential property or buy-to-let remortgage tailored to your specific requirements.

  • Choice of terms and mortgage repayment types

    Repayment and interest-only mortgages, or a combination of both.

    Term of up to 25 years with no minimum.
  • Borrow up to 85%

    With our mortgage against property offering, borrow up to 85% of the property value. We may even
    consider a higher percentage.

  • Make overpayments

    The freedom to make overpayments. An early repayment charge may apply.

Property location

Investec Private Bank mortgages are only available for residential properties in England or Wales.

Residency

The Residential mortgage is primarily available to UK residents.

If you live, work or are domiciled overseas, it doesn’t have to be a barrier to applying for a mortgage in the UK. If you call the UK home you can still benefit from the same flexible mortgage service that makes us a fresh alternative.
