Investec acted as joint arranger and underwriter for a total of £200m. The financing will be used by investor Bluefield Solar Income Fund for the acquisition of six UK operational photovoltaic plants with a combined capacity of 104.5MW and accredited for 1.4 Renewable Obligation Certificates. This portfolio benefits from attractively priced power purchase agreements with fixed offtake prices until early 2018.
