We’ve recently been updating the range of savings products we offer, so that we can meet the increasing demand from customers who’re looking for products that are faster and simpler to use. In response, we've developed a new range of digital savings products for customers to switch to.

If you have a Fixed Term Deposit, please call our Savings Team on 0330 123 3655 or +44 20 7597 4131 if you're outside the UK. The team are available 8.30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

If you hold a High 5, Direct Reserve, Notice Plus or Easy Access account, from 24 March 2023 you’ll no longer be able to access your funds via Investec Online, receive any regular or postal statements or be able to make any transfers in or out. We’d urge you to contact us to withdraw your funds by calling our Savings Team on 0330 123 3655 or +44 20 7597 4131 if you're outside the UK. The team are available 8.30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
