The amount we can lend is flexible based on your client’s circumstances, and starts from £250,000. We take into account each client’s entire income structure, including bonuses, carried interest, company cash flow and foreign currency. 

For clients looking to take out a mortgage against a property, we can offer a personalised residential property or buy-to-let remortgage tailored to their specific requirements.

Choice of terms and mortgage repayment types

Repayment or interest-only mortgage? Or a combination of both? We offer terms of up to 25 years with no minimum.

Borrow up to 85%

Your clients can borrow up to 85% of the property value as standard, and we may also consider a higher percentage

Overpayments accepted

Residential mortgage clients have the freedom to make overpayments. Fees may apply

Important remortgaging information

Property location

Investec Private Bank mortgages are only available for residential properties in England or Wales.

Residency

The Residential mortgage is primarily available to UK residents.

If you live, work or are domiciled overseas, it doesn’t have to be a barrier to applying for a mortgage in the UK. If you call the UK home you can still benefit from the same flexible mortgage service that makes us a fresh alternative.
