Commission fees and charges

Commission, fees and charges

  • An arrangement fee of up to 1% of the loan amount is paid by your client. 0.50% of this fee will be paid to you.
  • An early repayment charge is payable on variable rate loans if repaid in full within the first two years
  • Overpayments within the annual allowance can be made without penalty on fixed rate loans. An early repayment fee is charged on any repayment in excess of this. Please see the current introducer rate sheet for details of product fees and charges.
