  • Interest Rate

    We offer a selection of fixed and variable rates. The actual rate available to your client will depend upon their individual circumstances. Ask us for a personalised illustration.

  • Commission, Fees and Charges

    Commission
    An arrangement fee of up to 1% of the loan amount is paid by your client. 0.50% of this fee will be paid to you. 
    Early repayment charges
    For variable rate mortgages
    If your client repays the mortgage in full within the first 24 months: 0.50% of the outstanding amount (less any scheduled capital payments). After 24 months, the security release fee only will apply.
    For fixed rate mortgages
    2 year fixed periods - 2% of the outstanding loan in year 1, 1% in year 2 for 2 year fixed regulated products regardless of LTV bands.

    3 year fixed periods - 3% in year 1, 2% in year 2 and 1% in year 3 for 3 year fixed regulated products regardless of LTV bands.
    4 year fixed periods - 4% in year 1, 3% in year 2, 2% in year 3, 1% in year 4 for 4 year fixed regulated products regardless of LTV bands.
    5 year periods - 5% in year 1, 4% in year 2, 3% in year 3, 2% in year 4, 1% in year 5 for 5 year fixed regulated products regardless of LTV bands.
    10 year periods - 8% in year 1,2 and 3, 7% in year 4, 6% in year 5, 5% in year 6, 4% in year 7, 3% in year 8, 2% in year 9, 1% in year 10 for 10 year fixed regulated products regardless of LTV bands.

  • Suitability

    Suits clients who are looking to buy a new home or refinance an existing Residential Mortgage from another financial services institution. Our Non-Residents Mortgage also suits first time buyers.
    Basic criteria:
    • Minimum annual income of at least £300,000.
    • Cash or assets under Investec management of at least £250,000.
    • Professionally employed clients working for international institutions.
    • Non-resident status.
    • Our clients typically have net assets worth £3 million or more.
