GLP-1 drug impacts on the healthcare sector

As an investment manager within the charities team, my primary role is to help charities achieve their financial goals through the provision of ongoing investment advice and day-to-day management of their portfolios. I also look after other not-for-profit organisations, corporate clients and pension funds. By gaining a thorough understanding of each client’s needs I can advise on and tailor a portfolio to meet these requirements. Great care is taken to ensure that each client’s attitude to risk, ethical preferences and other requirements are accommodated in order to construct a portfolio that is suitable for their needs. 

My primary responsibilities include the fundamental analysis of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices and capital goods sectors. I cover companies in the UK, Europe and the US. I meet with company senior management, attend conferences and trade shows, visit factory floors, consult competitors, suppliers and peers. I host conference calls will all these stakeholders. I also teach and inform. A big part of my role is to mentor and help the next generation while giving back. I am always open for a chat.
