Since moving our Bath office to Bristol in January 2020, we’ve established ourselves at the heart of the financial and business community here and seen strong growth, which we attribute to our unrivalled client service.

As our local office goes from strength to strength, we’re welcoming into the fold a number of new faces, to help support the meaningful relationships we’re building in the area. We’re pleased to introduce three new, highly experienced investment professionals who are bringing their skills and expertise to our team.

Matt joins us from our London office, to manage portfolios for private clients, trusts, charities, and institutions. He is a CISI Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Fellow, with over a decade’s experience in investment management. His speciality is bespoke portfolio management with an emphasis on ethical portfolios.

Matt spends most of his free time with his young family, but when he has a moment alone, he enjoys golf and cycling.

Of working at Investec, Matts says, “I have never worked at an organisation that is so focused on achieving the right outcomes for its clients and the wider community.”

Joining us from our Reigate office, Tom is a CISI Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Fellow, with numerous qualifications, diplomas, and certificates to his name. He brings this considerable experience to managing portfolios on behalf of individuals, trusts, IFAs, personal pensions, and charities.

Tom is an ex-Army Officer in The Royal Green Jackets and The Rifles. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, cycling, and exploring the countryside.

Tom describes his work with the team at Bristol as “a forward-thinking wealth management service that puts the client at the very heart of what we do.”

Will is a new joiner with Investec. His vast knowledge of investment management will be put to good use managing portfolios for our private clients, trusts, charities, and professional advisers. He has a particular interest in sustainable investing and impact investing; areas that are increasingly important to our clients.

Outside of work, Will is a keen sportsman. In fact, he played professional cricket for 12 years and continues to play now in his spare time.

He says he appreciates that “Investec encourages entrepreneurial and collaborative forward thinking, which is refreshing.”
