As an Investment Director it is my duty to understand in detail your current lifestyle, requirements, and financial objectives to build a tailored investment plan that suits your unique present and future aspirations. My priority is to ensure that you are continually comfortable with your investments and your long-term saving strategy, therefore, as well as face-to-face meetings, it is important to be available to chat regularly when needed. I provide a high level of flexibility in everything I do, which means not only in service, but taking care of Ethical, Sustainable, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) desires, or High Income requirements in Retirement.  I'm also able to consolidate all your current investments into one place for simplicity. I typically work with families and individuals pre and post-retirement, but I also manage Pensions, Trusts, Charities, and Company portfolios.

I work on a team managing investment portfolios for a wide range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, charities, pensions, offshore-bonds, Trusts and corporate accounts. Clients either come to us directly or recommended via their financial adviser.

I work as part of team alongside Michele Rogers, divisional director, and Robert Doughton, senior investment director, managing client investment portfolios. This involves day to day management of client portfolios, preparation of investment reports and meeting with clients to review their portfolio's as well as their general and financial affairs. These range from pensions, offshore bonds, charities, corporate accounts, taxable and ISA portfolios.

As a business development manager my role is to help and support financial advisers in delivering solutions that help their clients achieve their goals and objectives. By understanding the client’s needs I can help bring the right team together in order to deliver the necessary investment solutions to help achieve positive outcomes. I specialise in working with financial advisers providing ideas and services to help grow and develop their businesses through regulatory updates and sharing of best practice.

As an Investment Administrator, I work closely with our investment management team to support them in day-to-day management of portfolios for individuals, trusts, charities and pension funds. My role involves dealing with all administrative matters for clients, from account opening, to the daily maintenance and smooth running of client accounts. I'm passionate about delivering high levels of customer service to our clients.

I am a Personal Assistant, supporting the team of Investment Directors and Managers in the Exeter office. As well as providing secretarial support, I help look after the clients and intermediaries whether it is over the phone or when they visit the office.

As a Senior Investment Administrator, I provide support to our team of investment managers who focus on managing investment portfolios for private clients, charities, pensions and trusts. I deal with all aspects of administration and enjoy liaising directly with both clients and financial advisers on a daily basis, to provide a high level of service.

As a Senior Investment Director, I am committed to helping my clients understand and, using the extensive resources provided by our research department, focus their investment strategy to help them achieve their financial objectives. I manage discretionary investment portfolios for private clients, local charities, trusts, personal injury trusts and clients of professional advisers.

As a Senior Investment Manager I work closely with clients and/or their advisers to construct and manage bespoke portfolios to match their objectives and risk profiles which will deliver in the short, medium and long term. Communication is important and I like to meet clients and maintain regular on-going dialog so clients are kept fully informed with how their investments are performing - even in difficult markets!

I have worked for the company for 17 years starting at Christows then Williams de Broe and now Investec. I am a personal assistant for the investment directors of the Exeter office and my job is to provide secretarial support to them and the rest of the team in the office.

My role is to support our team of Investment Managers and deal with all administrative matters for clients from account opening, the day-to-day maintenance and the smooth running of client accounts. I liaise directly with clients, financial advisers and product providers on a daily basis to support with any administrative requirements.

James Wallace

Investment Director

As an Investment Director, my priority is to meet my clients investment objectives, whether that is growing their wealth or producing an income to support their lifestyle. By understanding their current position, requirements and financial objectives, I can create a tailored investment portfolio that suits their present and future needs. I specialise in managing clients savings and investments, whether they are share portfolios, ISAs, or pensions. To ensure the best possible outcome for my clients I work closely with their financial advisors, solicitors and accountants. I construct and manage bespoke investment strategies, matching clients’ risk profiles and objectives to investment portfolios that will deliver tax efficient, real returns for them over the years.  

John Wilkinson

Investment Director

I manage assets on behalf of individuals, trusts, pension schemes and charities with the help of experienced support staff. My role also includes promoting services and expertise to independent financial advisers.
