About me

I manage the Distribution team of BDDs in the North of the UK reporting to the National Head of Wealth Management Distribution and additionally continue to work directly with our intermediaries and their clients, in and around the North West of England. I help ensure that our tailored proposition for this market is competitive, clearly communicated, and delivered with excellent service levels. My main drive is to develop and maintain a close working relationship which meets the needs of advisers and their clients.

Background/Experience

I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (Chartered FCISI) and I have also attained Diploma status from the Personal Finance Society (DipPFS). I have a career spanning some 38 years in the investment industry, and joined Investec 20 years ago.

My interests

I have three grown up children. I’m a keen runner – I have ran three marathons, most recently the London Marathon, and previously New York and Rome. I am a great lover of long distance hiking and the outdoors and have completed the West Highland Way, the GR221 in Mallorca and also taken part in the last Investec Three Peaks Challenge. I like to travel, I like spending time with my family and 2 young grandchildren, whilst also enjoying fine food, wine, and the arts.
