About me
I am an analyst with Investec Wealth & Investment International (IW&I), based in Cape Town. I conduct in-depth research into companies listed in the global natural resource sector, including but not limited to the mining, chemicals, oil & gas, paper and packaging, nuclear and new energy sectors. The research is all conducted with an eye on the energy transition, and ESG criteria are used alongside financial metrics to select stocks for clients portfolios. The findings are communicated to portfolio and wealth managers through in-house written research and roadshow presentations, and incorporated into a wide range of strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions in South Africa and the UK.
I am also a member of IW&I’s Global Sustainable Equity Fund stock selection committee.
