About me
My principal role has direct responsibility for the creation and management of bespoke investment portfolios for individuals, charities and self-invested personal pension schemes. I am also involved in the many aspects of the development of the wider Edinburgh office, seeking growth opportunities where they exist. Above all, is a determination to maintain a very strong client focus and to cement mutually beneficial long term relationships.
Background/Experience
Alongside my experience of long term investment management and client relationships, I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and also a Chartered Wealth Manager. When working with me, my clients can be assured that I will provide my knowledge and expertise. Since joining in 2009, I am grateful that Investec has allowed me to continue in a very similar role which I previously held for many years within a dedicated division of Bank of Scotland.
My interests
I am a keen golfer who enjoys travelling overseas, especially to warmer climes, and in so doing having the opportunity to play different courses. At home, I'm usually walking our three dogs or watching lots of sport, football in particular. Although I don't possess even the remotest thread of musical talent, I am also a huge Rock and Blues music fan, particularly when played live.

It's often been said that at Investec we break china for our clients. I firmly believe our very strong relationship-led proposition really differentiates us from our competitors.
