About me
I am an Investment Manager with 10 years experience in the industry, first supporting the management of and now managing the investments of clients. I work with private clients, trusts, companies and charities on tailored and bespoke mandates to suit the the individual requirements of each client. I have significant experience in portfolio construction and asset allocation where I have served on various Investment committees in previous roles, specifically specialising in alternative assets such as Infrastructure and also passive fund selection and portfolio construction. I am a chartered member of the CISI.
Background/Experience
I originally started life working for an Independent Financial Advisor where I helped set up the discretionary investment arm of the business. I was part of the Investment Committee and had a large input on fund selection, portfolio construction and asset allocation which has helped give me an excellent understanding of financial markets and specifically constructing individual portfolios to match specific goals and objectives. This role has helped give me a very broad understanding of the industry, specifically the various life stages of clients and how different events can effect what is required from your investment portfolio. Since then I have worked on discretionary desks managing clients investments and sitting on other investment committees specialising in Alternative assets such as Infrastructure and passive investments which helps when dealing with clients who have a specific interest in these areas. I am level 6 qualified and a chartered member of the CISI.
My interests
I am a keen Golfer with a handicap of 8. When not on the golf course I am walking my Hungarian Vizsla Maple, watching/playing sports (from football, cricket, Skiing I'm a fan of it all) or buried deep into market/economics related books or analyst notes which I am passionate about, its not just a job.
