About me

I am Head of Research at Investec Wealth & Investment in London. In this capacity I am responsible for the robustness of the research process across equities, collectives, fixed income and structured products. I am a voting member of the Investment Committee, and Chair or Deputy Chair of 4 research committees (Collectives Committee - Chair, Direct Fixed Income Committee - Chair, Real Assets Committee - Deputy Chair, Structured Products Committee - Deputy Chair). I also manage the Funds and Stewardship teams, Investment Operations and the Off-List Due Diligence Process.

Background/Experience

I joined IW&I in November 2022, with over 15 years’ investment experience in buy-side roles. Most recently, I served as Investment Lead for Unit Linked Oversight at Architas, part of the AXA Group, where I previously held investment analyst and portfolio manager roles. I have a long track record in manager selection and multi-asset portfolio management in UK Wealth settings. I hold a doctorate in Greek Papyrology from the University of Oxford and I am a CFA Charterholder.

My interests

Outside of work, I'm busy looking after two very sporty young children. I love living in Central London and make sure to treat myself to the odd classical music concert now and again.
