About me

My primary role is to help my clients plan for and achieve their long term financial goals. I work in conjunction with financial advisers as well as other professionals to ensure that the structure is tax efficient and delivers what the client needs. I then put together a suitable investment structure and monitor this on an ongoing basis. Some of the frequent structures I help with include retirement planning, inheritance tax planning and tax efficient investments such as ISA’s, as well as trusts and company investments. In addition, I look after a number of clients based overseas, especially in South Africa, and I am also head of the Leeds office managing a team of investment professionals.

Background/Experience

I have worked at Investec for many years and have truly long standing relationships with my clients. I qualified in investment management and advice initially but always strive to learn and understand more. By working with other professionals in a diverse organisation I have expanded my knowledge of financial advice and structures over the years so that I can provide a high quality of service to my clients, and identify and explain where advice might be necessary.

Qualifications include:  

  • Chartered Wealth Manager  
  • Associate of the CFA society of the UK  
  • BA (Hons) Financial Services 

My interests

I am mum to two boys and we enjoy days out walking or cycling as well as eating out together. I enjoy watching any live performance including musical theatre and concerts and my eldest son’s love of dance has inspired me to go to the ballet which I now love. I also enjoy relaxing with Yoga.
