About me

I work with clients and their financial advisers to build discretionary investment portfolios that are risk managed, well-structured and tax efficient. My priority is to find market opportunities that help investors to meet their long term personal and financial goals. I take great care to understand my clients’ personal circumstances and to tailor the service I deliver accordingly. I work with a broad array of investors including individuals, families, corporates, charities and trusts.

Background/Experience

After graduating from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Financial Economics, I started my career at BWD Rensburg now part of Investec Wealth & Investment. After a rewarding eight years I moved into corporate risk management with Barclays Capital in Manchester, working in the interest rate and currency markets. I subsequently moved back into private client investments with HSBC Asset Management in London.

Over the years I have worked with many different clients and built financial solutions for a variety of objectives including tax efficiency, income generation, risk reduction and long term growth. I am a qualified Chartered Wealth Manager and a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute.

My interests

I have a young family and a Portuguese Water Dog which means that I spend a lot of time walking in the Surrey Hills.
