Background/Experience

After graduating from Edinburgh University, I joined the Edinburgh office of Greig Middleton, which later became Gerrard and then Barclays Wealth. I completed my Securities Institute Diploma whilst at Gerrard and joined Williams de Broë (now Investec) in April 2008.

Qualifications

I have a BSc, a Post Graduate Diploma and an MSc. I’m also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

My interests

I’m an avid sportsman – I especially enjoy playing golf, tennis and running. However, my three young children largely prevent me from doing any of the above.
