Ralph Cho
Co-Head of Power & Infrastructure US, EU and UK
Ralph Cho is Co-Head of Power & Infrastructure at Investec in New York and is responsible for leading Investec’s Americas energy banking and capital markets platform.
Ralph has over 20 years of experience in project finance focusing on independent power, renewable energy, midstream, and other energy infrastructure. He is a capital markets professional with deep relationships across a variety of investor classes including commercial and investment banks, finance companies, ‘grey market’ lenders, life insurance companies and, most recently, Asian capital providers.
Ralph has a strong track record of successfully leading syndications of complex transactions for over $100 billion of loans for high profile sponsors including ArcLight, Ares, Carlyle Group, Caithness Energy and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure (MSIP).

Michael Pantelogianis is Co-Head of Investec’s Power & Infrastructure group in North America. He has spent the last 26 years banking independent power and renewable energy companies. At Investec, Mr. Pantelogianis is responsible for the originations platform that leverages the bank’s core product strengths: lending across an asset’s capital structure and capital markets distributions. Sarah joined Investec’s Power & Infrastructure Finance team in 2021 as a senior banker and will focus on portfolio management. Sarah has over 20 years experience as a portfolio manager of project finance transactions across a broad range of sectors in power and infrastructure. Sarah was a Director in the Infrastructure & Energy portfolio management team at Lloyds Banking Group for 10 years.

Abhinaya Chandrasekaran
Power & Infrastructure Finance
Abhinaya joined Investec in 2020 as a Graduate Analyst and has worked in both private lending and leveraged finance. Recently, Abhinaya has been working across a broad range of Power & Infra sectors focusing on Renewables and Digital Infrastructure assets. Prior to joining Investec, she worked for an international organisation focusing on establishing standards to mobilise capital towards climate change solutions. Abhinaya holds an MSc in Financial Economics and an MSc in Climate Finance from Imperial College Business School.

Antonio Cravo
Power & Infrastructure Finance
Antonio joined Investec's Power & Infrastructure Finance team in December 2021, having previously spent 9 years as a Project Finance Director at Standard Chartered Bank where he was responsible for originating and executing financings and advisory mandates for large and mid-market corporates. Prior to this role, Antonio worked for Arup as a Civil Engineer in the infrastructure and transportation sectors. Antonio holds an MSc degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from London Business School.

Laura joined Investec’s London Power and Infrastructure in May 2021 after starting her career in Canada. She most recently worked with Deloitte Canada’s Infrastructure team, advising on buy- and sell-side mandates and take-private deals. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Sustainability and Economics from McGill University and is a Canadian CPA.

Ricus Goussard
Power & Infrastructure Finance
Ricus joined Investec in 2014 and has spent time in Investec’s PIF teams in Johannesburg, New York, and London in both the lending and syndication functions.
He has worked on transactions across the capital stack and across technologies including utility scale gas and renewables, rooftop solar portfolios, and infrastructure sub-sectors.
Ricus is a CFA charterholder and is a South African chartered accountant (CASA).

Shelagh holds a BSc in Geography and Geology from St Andrew’s University and is an English Chartered Accountant.

Vishal joined Investec in 2017 and supports Investec’s syndication efforts working on infra deals incl. thermal power, renewable energy and digital deals. He has over 10 years of experience working for investment banks. Vishal is a qualified accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from De Montfort University.

Karim joined the PIF team in November 2021 after having spent seven years as part of the Power & Utilities M&A and Corporate Finance advisory practice at EY, both across Paris and in London. He has advised different types of clients including large infrastructure funds and corporates, but also mid-size renewable developers and family offices. He has worked on transactions across various technologies including onshore wind, solar PV, bioenergy and offshore electricity transmission amongst others, both across the equity and debt spectrum. Karim holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business school.
