We're the title sponsor of the Investec South African Women's Open, the Investec Order of Merit, and the new Investec Homegrown Award. We've backed many women on their rise to the top, and currently sponsor South African players Lejan Lewthwaite, Nicole Garcia and Stacy Bregman. We also sponsor Irish player Stephanie Meadow.
Stephanie Meadow on representing Ireland at the Tokyo Olympic Games
This is Stephanie’s second time at the Olympics, having represented Ireland in 2016 in Rio de Janeiro.
Stephanie commented: "Representing Ireland for the second time in the Olympics is unbelievable! There is nothing like representing your country at the highest level. It was one of my biggest goals since Rio to get to Tokyo and I’m so happy I did. I am really looking forward to getting there and hopefully I can make Ireland very proud with a medal".

It's all about the Pace
Lee-Anne Pace was the home heroine once again as she clinched a record fourth Investec South African Women’s Open title, carding a final round of 72 for a one-shot win over Germany’s Leonie Harm.
A jubilant Lee-Anne Pace juggling the Investec South African Women's Open trophy, the Investec Order of Merit award and the new Investec Homegrown Award.
There was a lot on the line for Pace, who not only walked away with the lion share of the €200 000 Investec South African Women’s Open purse and the Investec Order of Merit title, worth R100 000. But also pocketed R100 000 as the first South African winner of the brand-new Investec Homegrown Award.
On top of this, Pace’s triumph at Westlake shot her to the top of the 2021 LET Race to Costa del Sol and earned her the first of four spots into the 2021 U.S. Women’s Open.
Longer format and handsome purse attracts more international talent
The Investec South African Women’s Open was once again co-sanctioned with the Ladies European Tour, and for the first time on the Sunshine Ladies Tour, the tournament was decided over 72 holes.
The event was the season opener for the Ladies European Tour and the Sunshine Ladies Tour season finale. The field comprised of 120 lady professional golfers.
The flagship event of the tour carried a prize fund of €200 000 (approximately R3.6-million), and a tournament winners category exemption for the remainder of the 2021 and 2022 Ladies European Tour season.

US Open Qualifier sees SA dominance

Investec Order of Merit
Over and above the substantial prize money on offer through the Investec South African Women's Open and the new Homegrown Award, there's an additional opportunity to walk away with R100,000 through the Investec Order of Merit.
The Investec Order of Merit is based on a points system and the top three placed professionals on the final Investec Order of Merit will gain automatic entry into the 2021 Investec South African Women’s Open.
In order to qualify for the Order of Merit bonus prize, players must have competed in at least three events in the 2021 Sunshine Ladies Tour season.
The Investec Homegrown Award
This year Investec is getting behind local talent with the new Homegrown Award. It will see a South African winner of the Investec South African Women’s Open, take home an additional R100 000.
