Automatically settles your outstanding Investec Private Home Loan upon your death or if you suffer from an illness or injury that leaves you permanently disabled|If you face a temporary disability due to illness or injury, your home loan's monthly interest will be covered until you recover, or for a maximum of 24 months|Premiums and cover auto-adjust to the outstanding balance on your home loan, saving you up to 50% over time
Important to note
This is life cover and your home loan will be settled only upon your death.|Premiums are age-rated and not guaranteed, this means that each year on your policy anniversary (because you are a year older) your premium will most likely increase if your home loan balance was not reduced.
