Covid-19 update

We continue to closely monitor the development of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and remain alert about potential risks to our business. 

We have a robust Business Continuity Plan in place for managing the continuation of services and operations from locations other than our Port Louis Office. We have however decided, as a precautionary measure, to separate our staff complement between our Port Louis Office and our business continuity site at Ebene.

In the event of a severe outbreak in Mauritius, the approval of new deposit accounts and lending requests will be curtailed to essential requests only. However, services such as Payments, Internet Banking, Treasury Services, ATM, Cards and Call Centre Support will continue as normal.

If you currently are not an online banking user, we urge you to consider registering for this service since, in the event of a severe outbreak of the virus, we anticipate that online users will be less exposed to possible disruptions.
