The facilities were for refinancing and general corporate purposes. Investec participated USD 15m split into a USD 10m Term Loan and USD 5m RCF.

I&M Rwanda participated USD 10m in Rwandan France equivalent.

About Master Steel Limited

Master Steel Limited (“Master Steel” / “MSL”), is a manufacturer of steel and plastic construction products based in Kigali, Rwanda. MSL was founded in 2005 by Mr Jean Damascene Niyongabo (“JDN”). Master Steel is a manufacturer of steel and plastic construction products, including roof sheets, hollow sections and tubes, mild steel plates, wire nails, and HDPE, PPR, and PVC plastic pipes.
