Our remortgages are available for both buy-to-let and residential properties. Each mortgage is personalised to meet our clients’ needs, be it replacing an existing mortgage or a loan against your property.
There is no requirement to have a portfolio of savings or investments with us to apply for a remortgage.

Repayments on your terms

Repayment and interest-only mortgages, or a combination of both. Terms of up to 35 years with no minimum. You also have the freedom to make overpayments (charges may apply).

 

Flexible borrowing amount

Residency

The Residential mortgage is primarily available to UK residents.
