Azania is a seasoned broadcaster and journalist with a career spanning over 20 years. She has had a successful radio and television career, from Metro Fm to 3 Talk on SABC 3. Azania is also a business woman and a philanthropist.

Shamiso Mosaka

TV presenter

Shamiso is a well-known television presenter – creating a successful name for herself in the entertainment industry having been featured on major productions such as MTV Base Africa, Ghosted and Love Gone Missing. But her successful career hasn’t always made her happy, and she’s been very vocal about sharing her life experiences and mental health journey with her fans and the broader SA public. She recently celebrated being free from self-harm. She is also the daughter of Broadcaster and journalist Azania Mosaka.

Ashleigh Craig

Clinical psychologist

Ashleigh is a Clinical Psychologist currently working in private practice. She enjoys working with a wide range of mental health challenges and with those of varying ages, with a particular interest in children and adolescents. She also has a keen interest in understanding the dynamics of substance abuse, personality development, trauma, anxiety and depression. Ashleigh is passionate about promoting mental health within the South African context and coming to an understanding of how mental health challenges present specifically within the diverse populations of South Africa.

Boitumelo Matjeni

Investec Financial Adviser

Boitumelo is a highly experienced Senior Financial Adviser at Investec. He obtained his Undergrad and Honours degrees in Management from the University of Pretoria, and has since built up years of industry knowledge, particularly in the areas of estate planning and wealth management. As an Investec Financial Adviser, Boitumelo is passionate about helping young professionals, to prepare for their financial futures. He believes in creating a comprehensive financial plan that takes into account each client's unique needs and goals.

In addition to his professional work, Boitumelo is committed to giving back to his community. He has been involved in various youth programs, including LoveLife and the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation network. He is also a firm believer in the importance of self-care and mental health, and enjoys staying fit through regular gym sessions, runs, and hikes. He finds solace in solo picnics and mood-lifting music, and encourages others to find healthy ways to manage their mental health as well.
