Investec was awarded during ACG Holland’s sixth annual Growth Awards with Deal of the Year Award 2022. This award recognises the most impressive corporate middle market deal.
The deal involved is: Sale of US-based Pet-Flavors to Bessemer PE.
Pet Flavors (USA) was sold to and received a significant investment by Bessemer Investors (USA).
Based on our EUR 340M AST/ LeVet (the Netherlands) sale to Dechra (U.K.) in the same animal health space, Pet Flavors’ owner Mark Pieloch contacted Investec to initiate a worldwide sale process for Pet Flavors.
