Yves is a Senior Director in Investec’s international Industrials team. His focus is on the Industrial Tech and Services sectors.
He has many years of experience in executing German-language and international M&A transactions. His extensive experience includes providing comprehensive advisory services to family-owned businesses, publicly traded corporations, founders, and private equity investors on strategic acquisitions and divestitures, as well as groundbreaking capital markets transactions.
His professional career is closely linked to the industrial sector: Before joining Investec, he gained extensive expertise advising mid-market industrial companies and previously spent ten years on the Industrials team at Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt. There, he worked on numerous cross-border mandates.
Yves holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the Cranfield School of Management and a B.A. in East Asian Studies (with a focus on China) from Ruhr University Bochum.
He is fluent in German and English.
