Prior to joining Investec in 2025, Nikita gained experience in M&A at Financière de Courcelles, as well as in Private Equity at Rothschild & Co (FAPI) and in M&A at DC Advisory.
Nikita holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine.

Charles is a Vice President at Investec’s Paris office since 2026.
He provides advisory services to private equity firms, privately held companies and management teams on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Prior to joining Investec, Charles was a Vice-President at Lincoln International in Paris. He also previously worked as a Private Equity Associate at IdiCo.
Charles holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School (Grande Ecole Program).
Charles is fluent in both French and English.
Sagar Sangoi joined Investec in January 2024 as part of the Healthcare Investment Banking team.
He has nearly a decade of investment banking experience, advising promoters, private equity investors, and strategic acquirers on mergers & acquisitions, private equity fund raises, and equity capital markets transactions, including complex cross-border mandates. His experience spans buy-side and sell-side M&A, growth capital raises, and strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. Sagar has been involved in end-to-end transaction execution, supporting clients through deal structuring, negotiations, and closure.
Prior to joining Investec, Sagar worked with Nuvama (formerly Edelweiss), Motilal Oswal, and Wodehouse Capital, where he advised on a range of mid-market and large-cap transactions.
He is a merit-holding Chartered Accountant from India and a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
Ramneet joined Investec in Jan 2024 in the Healthcare practice of the Corporate Finance division in India.
At Investec India, she leads the healthcare corporate finance vertical focusing on M&A, fund raise and equity capital market transactions across various sub-segments.
Previously, she has worked with various organizations such as Motilal Oswal Financial Services, IL&FS, and Citigroup and has overall 17 years of experience providing advice to clients on various M&A and capital raise transactions across sectors.
Ramneet is an MBA in Finance and a Chartered Financial Analyst (Level 2).
She speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Before joining our Paris team in 2026, Paul gained initial experience in M&A at Access Finance, followed by Equity Capital Markets at Natixis CIB.
Paul holds a Master 225 in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.

Prior to joining Investec in 2026, Jean-Baptiste gained experience in M&A and Private Equity at Three Hills Capital Partners, Adagia Partners and Hottinguer Corporate Finance.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management (Grande École Program) from ESCP Business School, with a specialisation in Investment Banking.

Augustin is an Analyst at Investec’s Paris office.

Prior to joining our Paris team in 2026, Augustin gained experience in M&A at Avolta (Tech transactions) and Smart Partners, after working as a financial analyst at Eviosys/Sonoco.
He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from NEOMA Business School and completed a degree in Finance at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Daniël is an Analyst at Investec. His main work consists of advising on sell-side transactions, financings, MBOs and corporate acquisitions.
Daniël holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Moreover, he has obtained a BSc in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, with an exchange semester to the Singapore Management University, graduating with Cum Laude distinction.
Besides Dutch, Daniël is fluent in English.
Jesse is an Analyst at Investec. His main work consists of advising on sell-side transactions, financings, MBOs and corporate acquisitions.
Jesse holds a BSc in Economics and Business Economics and an MSc is Finance, which he completed cum laude. Alongside his studies, he gained practical experience in the accountancy sector, preparing financial statements and tax filings for SMEs across various industries.

He joined Investec in Zurich in August 2025 and is supporting the team in its focus sectors.
Before joining Investec, Kai gained M&A experience in KPMG’s M&A division in Frankfurt and at Clearwater Corporate Finance in Frankfurt.
He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Goethe University in Frankfurt as well as a M.Sc. in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.
