Frederike Prüßner is an Associate in the German office. She joined the Capital Structure Advisory Team in June 2025.
Prior to Investec, she held various roles within Debt Financing at UniCredit in Munich, focusing on Leveraged Finance and High Yield Origination.
Frederike holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance & Philosophy from Saarland University, as well as a Master in Finance from ESC Rouen.
She is fluent in both German and English.

He joined Investec in 2025 within the UK Advisory team. Previously, he worked at HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Berenberg, Deutsche Numis and ING in investment banking and M&A.

Maxime is a Debt Advisory analyst at Investec’s Paris office.
He joined our team in 2025 and is involved in raising financing (LBO, external growth financing, corporate financing) alongside our M&A team to deliver best financing solutions and optimize the conditions for our clients.
Maxime started his career in Private Debt (unitranche, senior debt and mezzanine) at Bpifrance Investissement after two internships at KBC Bank and CACIB.
He holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Financial Engineering from ESSCA Business School.

David joined Investec in 2025 as an Analyst in the German office, having previously gained experience in corporate finance, M&A, and valuation at KPMG.

She joined our teams in 2025 and is involved in all types of transactions, whether with entrepreneurs and family groups (sell-side, financing, external growth, etc.) or with investment funds (buy-side, sell-side). Marylène also has expertise in management packages and assists entrepreneurs and managers in the settlement, implementation and negotiation of profit-sharing plans (LBOs).
Marylène started her career in M&A at Vulcain in 2017 before joining Transactions & Cie in 2021.
She holds a specialised Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon Business School and graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance from INSEEC Bachelor of Business Administration programme.
