Prior to Investec, she held various roles within Debt Financing at UniCredit in Munich, focusing on Leveraged Finance and High Yield Origination.

Maxime is a Debt Advisory associate at Investec’s Paris office.
He joined our team in 2025 and is involved in raising financing (LBO, external growth financing, corporate financing) alongside our M&A team to deliver best financing solutions and optimize the conditions for our clients.
Maxime started his career in Private Debt (unitranche, senior debt and mezzanine) at Bpifrance Investissement after two internships at KBC Bank and CACIB.
He holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Financial Engineering from ESSCA Business School.

David joined Investec in 2025 as an Analyst in the German office, having previously gained experience in corporate finance, M&A, and valuation at KPMG.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and later completed an M.Sc. in Financial Analysis at London Business School (LBS).
Angus Bruce-Gardyne is an Analyst in London’s office.
He joined Investec in January 2025 in the Consumer, Retail and Leisure M&A Advisory team.
Angus is currently involved in a number of transactions in the Consumer, Retail and Leisure space, as well as helping to advance the division’s AI capabilities.

She works for the PE Coverage Advisory team, who ensures to give the best of the Bank to our private equity, growth equity and venture capital clients across all of our core product ranges including M&A, Growth & Leveraged Finance, Treasury Risk Solutions, Fund Solutions and Private Banking.
Flore is an Analyst at Investec’s Paris office.
She joined our Paris team in 2025, and she’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs, Debt Advisory).
Flore gained M&A experience at Natixis Partners, in Investment Banking at HSBC and in Venture Capital at Crédit Agricole.
She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESCP Europe Business School (2024) and graduated in Finance from KEDGE Business School (2022).

Imre is an Analyst at Investec and joined the company in 2024.
His main work consists of advising on sell-side transactions, financings, MBOs and corporate acquisitions.
Before joining the Benelux team, Imre gained extensive working and internship experience at multiple firms, including DPG Media.
He holds a BSc in International Business and a MSc in Financial Economics and studied abroad for 6 months in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His MSc thesis was titled “Reevaluating the Low-Risk Anomaly in the Banking Sector: A Comparative Analysis Using Modern Beta Calculations”.
In addition to Dutch, Imre is fluent in English.
Marc is an Associate with Investec in Germany and contributes his expertise primarily to projects in the healthcare sector. He gained his in-depth knowledge not only in an internship at Capitalmind Investec, but also in M&A at the investment bank SEB and in business development of companies in the technology and healthcare sector.
Marc holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (Data Science & Entrepreneurship) from the University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland in Rapperswil, Switzerland and a M.Sc. in Management (Strategy & International Business) from the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, Portugal. He also enriched his Master’s degree with a semester abroad at the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki, Finland.

Tim is an Associate in Switzerland.
He joined Investec in November 2024 and supports the Swiss team on transactions in the focus sectors.
Prior to joining our team, Tim gained experience at a Swiss M&A boutique, a private bank and a management consulting firm.
He holds a BA in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich and an MA in Finance from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
He speaks German and English.
Cheyam is an Associate Director in London.
He has 7 years of Investment banking and Mid-market M&A experience advising both privately owned and private equity backed businesses with a focus on the testing, Inspection and certification sector. He recently advised LDC on its investment in Sedex and on the Sale of Detectortesters to Inflexion.
Emilia is an Associate in London.
She has experience in Secondaries. Focused on day-to-day execution and delivery of M&A and PE transactions.
Maxim is an Associate in London.
