Melvin is an Analyst at Investec Germany since July 2023. He has been working at the German office since April 2023. He mostly works on projects within the healthcare sector.
Before joining the team, he gained experience in Technology through working as a Deskside Support Analyst for an international law firm in Berlin. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. For his thesis, he focused on the corporate governace failure in the case of Wirecard.
He speaks fluent German and English.
Sam is an Associate at Investec. His main work consists of advising on sell-side transactions, financings, MBOs and corporate acquisitions.
In addition to Dutch, Sam is fluent in English.
Sam holds a BSc in International Business Administration and an MSc in Finance. He also studied abroad for 5 months at the Prague University of Economics and Business, Czech Republic. Prior to starting as an analyst, Sam previously completed a six-month internship and worked part-time for five months alongside his studies at Investec.
Sebastien has joined our Paris team as an analyst in 2023.
He’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs, Debt Advisory).
Before joining Investec, he had gained experience in M&A at Edmond de Rothschild after having worked in Strategy Consulting at Bearingpoint.
Sébastien holds an Engineering degree from EFREI and a Master degree in Finance from ESCP Business School.

Max is an Associate at Investec, his main work includes advising on sell-side transactions, funding, MBOs and company acquisitions. Max holds a BSc in International Business from Avans University of Applied Sciences and a MSc in Finance from Tilburg University.
During his BSc Max studied two semesters abroad, first for an internship in San Francisco, USA, after that for a financial minor at the Jinan University in Guangzhou, China.
Dorian is an Associate at Investec’s Paris office.
He’s involved in all types of M&A transactions (sales, acquisitions, LBOs).
Before joining our team in 2023, he gained experience in Private Equity at Omnes Capital after a first M&A experience at Orpea.
Dorian holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School.
He’s fluent in French, English and speaks Spanish.
Arthur joined Investec’s German office in 2022 and works in the M&A Advisory team, mainly on projects in the technology, services and industrials sectors.
He initially joined as a Research Analyst as part of a dual study programme at accadis University of Applied Sciences in Bad Homburg from 2022 to 2025, during which he gained experience in M&A and completed his Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management.
He speaks fluent German and English.
Jesper is a Senior Associate at Investec.
His main work includes advising on sell-side transactions, funding, MBOs and company acquisitions.
Jesper holds a BSc in International Business Administration, where he studied abroad for 6 months at Ulaval in Quebec-City, Canada. Jesper obtained a MSc in Finance and a MSc in Strategic Management, which was obtained with merit.
Besides Dutch, Jesper is fluent in English.
Ryan is an associate in our Paris office since 2022.
He’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs).
Before joining Investec, he had gained experience in Corporate Finance at Gimar & Co.
Ryan holds a Master degree in Finance from Audencia Business School.
He speaks French and English.
Constantin started in our German office in 2021. He mainly works on projects in the Industrials sector. In addition to an internship at Investec, he gained experience in the field of M&A with an investment banking boutique (HKCF), a corporate M&A department (Vitesco AG) as well as in Big-Four-Companies (KPMG, EY).
He holds a BSc in Finance & Accounting from Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz and a MSc in Finance from EBS University in Oestrich-Winkel. During his Master’s, he studied a semester abroad at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway.
Louis is an associate at Investec’s Paris office.
He’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs, Debt Advisory).
Prior to joining our Paris office in 2021, he had gained experience in M&A and Corporate Finance at Rochefort & Associés, and at BRED – Banque Populaire.
He holds and Advanced Master degree in Finance from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Nathan is Vice-President at Investec’s Paris office.
He’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs, Debt Advisory).
Prior to joining our teams in 2021, Nathan had gained experience as a data analyst for several French industrial groups, as well as in M&A at Impulse Corporate Finance.
He graduated from l’Ecole des Mines in Saint Etienne and holds a Master in Finance from ESCP Business School.
He speaks French and English.
Mirko is Vice President at Investec Germany since June 2025. He has been working at the German office since February 2021. He mostly works on projects within the technology and business services sector. Before joining the team, he gained experience in M&A transactions through internships at Cowen Europe and a Wealth Management company in Frankfurt.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering and a master’s degree in Financial Engineering from HEC-Liège, Belgium. For his thesis, he focused on systemic risk within the banking industry. In addition, he participated in an exchange program with focus on finance with the University of Sherbrooke, Canada.
He speaks fluent German, French, English and Dutch.
Jasper is Manager at Investec and joined the company in 2019.
Since then, Jasper advised on several (cross border) deals, naturally in multiple sectors. His main responsibilities include advising on sell-side transactions, funding, MBOs and company acquisitions.
Besides Dutch, Jasper is fluent in English.
Before Jasper joined Investec, he gained M&A experience via an internship at Investec. Jasper holds a BSc in International Business Administration and a MSc in Finance, both from Tilburg University. He graduated with distinction on the topic “The Influence of ESG Factors on M&A Announcement Returns”. Moreover, he studied a semester in Madrid, Spain at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Thibault is Vice President at Investec’s Paris office.
He’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs, Debt Advisory).
Prior to joining our teams in 2020, Thibault had gained experience in M&A (at Alantra and CA-CIB) and in Finance (at Groupe Roullier).
He graduated from EDHEC Business School.
Thibault speaks French and English.
Julius joined Investec’s German office in 2019. He mainly works on projects in the industrial technology and business services sector. He gained experience in the field M&A during his dual study program, which he also accomplished at Investec from 2019 until 2022. Before Julius was able to gain experience at a law firm in the Rhine-Main area.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with focus on Finance from the Provadis School of International Management & Technology AG in Frankfurt.
He speaks fluent German and English.
