Investec has advised the shareholders of CTC Solutions on the sale of their shares to Hanab, backed by Triton Partners.
CTC Solutions Holding B.V. (“CTC Solutions”), the Netherlands-based specialist in cleanroom solutions and airtight construction, has been acquired by Hanab Group through its Hanab Installation Technology (“HIT”) division, the Group’s building-integrated technical installations platform.
About the deal
CTC Solutions has developed into a recognised specialist in the design and delivery of high-grade cleanroom environments and airtight building solutions, serving a blue-chip client base across the semiconductor and high-tech industries.
Hanab Group is a leading Dutch platform active across energy, engineering and connectivity. Its Hanab Installation Technology division, tracing its roots to Homij, founded in 1882, focuses on building-integrated technical installations across a broad range of sectors including utilities, healthcare, education and residential.
The acquisition brings together two complementary businesses with shared commitments to quality, precision and execution. CTC’s specialist expertise strengthens HIT’s position in complex and high-tech end markets, while HIT’s national footprint and project execution platform provide CTC with the scale to grow further.
CTC will continue to operate under its own name, with its existing organisation, culture and client relationships maintained.
