About the deal

The Group operates through two complementary pillars: Legal Content, notably including La Base Lextenso +IA; and Legal Services, processing over 60,000 legal formalities and publishing 100,000 statutory notices annually.
The group’s offering is built around two complementary pillars: legal content and the digital and AI tools that enable users to leverage and analyse this content; and legal services, with more than 60,000 legal formalities processed and 100,000 legal notices published each year through Lextenso’s digital platform.
In recent years, Lextenso has made major investments in digitalisation and AI, launching La Base Lextenso +IA (an online legal database enhanced with AI-powered search) and Consult’IA (a generative AI legal assistant built on Lextenso’s proprietary content), as well as automating its B2B legal formalities processes.

“”– Emmanuelle Filiberti, CEO, LextensoI thoroughly enjoyed working with the Investec teams. Their expertise, commitment, and responsiveness are first-class. But what I particularly valued, as a business leader, was their ability to act as trusted advisers and bring strategic insights: the quality of our discussions, the open exchange of viewpoints, and their broader perspective helped us step back, challenge our convictions, and look at our business in a new light. They are a demanding, dedicated, and a genuinely human team. The relationship is built on trust, open dialogue and a real sense of partnership, with a refreshing degree of simplicity and good humour, even under pressure. That balance is rare and truly valuable.
