Investec has advised Odin Group, backed by Seven2, on the acquisition of AppSys by Previder Belgium
AppSys ICT Group, a Belgian full-service IT organisation with extensive expertise, long-standing customer relationships and a team of approximately 70 employees, has been acquired by Previder Belgium, part of the Netherlands-based Odin Group.
About the deal
The acquisition strengthens Previder’s position as a Managed Services Provider in Belgium and marks a further step in Odin Group’s continued growth strategy. The transaction builds on Previder’s earlier acquisitions of 2invision and Assyst Europe, providing a strong foundation for the continued development of Previder Belgium.
AppSys brings a broad portfolio of IT services and deep knowledge of the Belgian market, making it a complementary addition to Previder’s existing capabilities.
AppSys will become part of Previder’s Belgian organisation and continue to build reliable, secure and future-ready IT solutions for organisations across Belgium.
