Investec has advised the shareholders of B&S Media on the sale of the company to Happy Horizon, a portfolio company of MG Partners.
B&S Media, a Netherlands-based digital agency known for its scalable, results-driven solutions for SME clients, has been acquired by Happy Horizon, a Dutch full-service digital growth platform.
