Marylène is Director at Investec’s Paris office.
She joined our teams in 2025 and is involved in all types of transactions (M&A and LBO), whether with entrepreneurs and family groups (sell-side, financing, external growth, etc.) or with investment funds (buy-side, sell-side).
Marylène started her career in M&A at Vulcain in 2017 before joining Transactions & Cie in 2021.
She holds a specialised Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon Business School and graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance from INSEEC Bachelor of Business Administration programme.
She speaks French and English.
