We are proud to represent over 100 public companies listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market and Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”), including 39 companies who are constituents of the FTSE 250. Our client’s market cap sizes range from c.£50 million to £2 billion+. We are mid-market specialists, with an all-cap focus.

We strongly believe that in public markets, a company’s future ambition is more important than its current size. We are particularly proud that our corporate brokers have advised our three FTSE100 clients since they were small caps.

Our corporate broking team comprises sector specialists and generalists, meaning clients get the optimum blend of specialist knowledge and cross-pollination of ideas from the broader market. We work closely with Investec’s M&A Advisory team to provide clients with acquisition ideas and strategic advice.

Each year, our international investment banking teams based across the UK, South Africa, India and North America deliver hundreds of roadshows, capital markets days and corporate events. In 2025 our UK IR team organised 3,600+ meetings and 220+ roadshows & events.
