We are proud to represent c140 public companies across all market sectors, listed on the FTSE and on AIM, including 33 companies in the FTSE250 and 3 companies in the FTSE100. We are NOMAD to 25 clients on AIM with market capitalisations ranging from c£50m to more than £3bn.

We strongly believe that in public markets, a company’s future ambition is more important than its current size. We are particularly proud that our corporate brokers have advised our three FTSE100 clients since they were small caps.

We work closely with Investec’s M&A Advisory team to provide clients with acquisition ideas and strategic advice.

Focused on access

Day-to-day investor relations services are provided by a dedicated Investor Relations team who provide advice on register analysis and shareholder targeting and organise investor roadshows across the UK, EU and US markets.
